Hi there! I’m Heidi Neuhauser and I have been working with Microsoft CRM since 2010. My journey began on the customer side with an On Premise CRM 4.0 system. Since then, I’ve been a CRM System Administrator for customers running CRM 2011, 2013, 2015 and Dynamics 365. I moved to the Partner side of Dynamics 365 in 2017 and have been helping organizations of all sizes to implement, fix and rescue their CRM implementations. I own Reenhanced with my husband. In May 2021, I was named a Microsoft MVP in Business Applications.

I love developing training, configuration tools and solutions to maximize end user adoption. I also love Marketing! My career prior to CRM was around B2B marketing, so it’s always fun to dive into that realm again.

I speak often about topics in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, am a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform User Group Chapter Leader for Philadelphia (join our free community here!) and was voted a Dynamics 365 All-Star by the User Group Community in 2019. For 2021 and 2022, I’m also volunteering on the Dynamics User Group (DUG) Advisory Committee.

Beyond Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform world, I have two smart, wonderful daughters, a brilliant husband, four cats, a Pomsky and a cockatiel. I’m a big time runner (which I’m sure will find its way into this blog sooner rather than later!) and love exploring nature and the world around me.
