In this article, I want to focus on two upcoming integrations with Dynamics 365 for Marketing: Teams and Power Automate. These features are not available yet, except for in preview mode. Remember, it is NOT advisable to implement any preview features in your live system!
Collaborate in the Dynamics 365 for Marketing App with Microsoft Teams Chat
The Microsoft Teams collaboration tools come to the Dynamics 365 for Marketing app! Currently available in public preview, general availability for this feature is scheduled for September 2022.
Creating your marketing content and crafting your customer journeys is now easier to collaborate with Microsoft Teams chat! Use all Teams chat capabilities directly within the app. As a system administrator, you can set up which tables to include chat on. As a marketer, easily add and remove people from your chat, view suggested people to add to the chat, and show all recent chats.

Trigger Power Automate Flows within a Customer Journey
This is a really neat addition, currently in preview. General availability is still listed as April 2022, but at the time of writing this article (May 5, 2022), it was still not available.
This new integration allows you to trigger Power Automate flows within a custom journey. Important Note: This is only available in real-time marketing. This does not effect outbound marketing functionality.
To use this, you’ll need to use a Custom Event Trigger. You will choose which data to send as part of the event trigger (in the below image on the right-hand panel, you can see the Map attributes section).
