A few weeks ago, I was on a panel with some pretty awesome Dynamics 365 pals about Change Management. One of the discussion items was about how you can adopt change management best practices into your Dynamics 365 project or enhancement. One thing that all panelists agreed upon was that change management is a part of the ENTIRE process; not just at go lives.
When it comes time to plan for a change to your system, Dynamics 365 or otherwise, change is inevitable. It’s coming and you better prepare your users. The change one be a big-bang, that’s one and done and then your users move on.
To properly address change, you will need to be able to adapt and accept change as a process and not a one-time event.
